Caroline is well respected in the industry for her expertise and integrity. With 8 years of industry knowledge gained from working for one of Australia's largest property groups and over a decade of personal property experience, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
Caroline’s foray into property investing began in 2010 while managing her own property portfolio. She understands the emotional rollercoaster that property buyers can experience, with peaks and troughs which can create a range of feelings from the initial excitement to stress & deflation, and finally the ultimate satisfaction and security of growing one's investment portfolio and/or acquiring their dream home.

Charmaine offers a unique blend of economic acumen and real estate passion. She brings a multitude of skills to our team, having obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Economics, which equips her with a strong foundation in economic principles and analytical thinking.

With a keen eye for detail, Charmaine's process is backed by rigorous due diligence, ensuring that every property is thoroughly assessed, resulting in a property acquisition experience that is not just successful but profoundly rewarding for our clients.
Peter has a wealth of experience as both a senior property analyst and property valuer. Peter is an expert in his field across residential and commercial markets. He is well-versed in various valuation methods, including Direct Comparison and Discount Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, making him a well-rounded professional in the real estate industry.
Peter's clear reasoning and strong attention to detail have earned him a reputation for providing reliable and trustworthy advice. He has also honed his real estate research skills over the years working with JLL and Savills, where he gained a deep understanding of the various commercial property markets. This background allows him to offer insights into high-level market trends while still being able to dive into the specifics of individual assets.
